i got an email back from universal, and they sent me a form to fill out and give back. Im going to fill it out, and send it to you guys to make any changes

i submitted a form to Hori Pro Entertainment Group and i included both Ms O'Meara and my email as well and I sent an email to Cherry Lane Music Co., and I will contact EMI tomorrow because there was no online form or email.
