Hey guys,

On November 3rd, the elementray schools will be coming. Ms. O'Meara want us to make a large board with information about the play. In addition, she wants us to hand our letters/flyers to the students.

Yeah at school - it will be the day where the grade 9's leave the school for "Take your kids to work day" and grade 8's are coming in for information session. Using that to our advantage we can hand out flyers and put posters + banners all around the school, advertising the play to them.

So summary, show info(date and price), info about charity,song list? website, characters, pictures of the characters, Big Title, posters, pictures of the cast rehearsing. And instead of buying a big board for $15 at Staples , we could use the board on rollers that they used last year for Fame and other performances. In addition we should get a attractive background. Anything else?

Yep, I think that covers everything. If we have the resources available, maybe we can even show pictures and videos of the cast members practising. We also need to hand our flyers to the students/teachers.

We should talk to Ms O'Meara tomorrow regarding the board! Smile

Eman, I think someone else is getting pictures. We can just get the picture from them. Also, I'm nthink Ms. O'Meara still needs to get everyone's permission to show the pictures. :S

Winki, we're not putting up posters, we're just handing them out. I don't think we need any help. There are 4 people in the group and that should be enough people. If we need help, we'll let you know, thanks Smile

Thackshan, i think it's 1st and 2nd period. I don't think we need help handing out flyers and stuff. it's just a small booth and there are 4 people in our group, so that's probably enough. If we need help, I'll let you know, thanks! Smile

guys, I think we should sell some food before the show for them. like either popcorn and drinks. what do you think? would anyone be interested in helping organize it with me?

Emily, they might be providing the grade 8s with snacks. Usually they have like granola bars and juice at the orientations. If they aren't, I think it would be a great idea to try to sell some things ! Smile
