I have no idea who you are, what you do and why you didn't read the rules posted on the forum. Change your username please. (You don't have to delete your account, just change it from your profile page.. somewhere..)

Actually we don't have a budget list, we don't need one as our forum and website will be free to use until further notice. If something comes up, I'll let you know asap.
